We offer worldwide shipping with fast and reliable logistics services.

2. Shipping Coverage (United States)

We offer free shipping across the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.

Orders are primarily shipped from our U.S. warehouse. In cases of inventory shortages, orders may be fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse, which may result in extended delivery times.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–6 business days
  • Remote areas (including Alaska & Hawaii): up to 7 business days
  • Carrier: UPS / USPS / Canada Post

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Other Regions

Singapore

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Free shipping available on all orders

Hong Kong

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Free local delivery on all orders

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1 business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

5. Shipping Delays (Important Notice)

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  1. Out-of-stock items (we will notify you if delays occur)
  2. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  3. Failed delivery attempts due to no recipient available
  4. Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, traffic disruptions, war, etc.)
  5. Delivery locations outside our shipping coverage area

6. Order Verification

Please carefully verify your order details, including shipping address, before completing your purchase.

8. Address Changes

  • Address changes are free of charge before the order is shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees

9. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Carrier unable to contact recipient
  • Recipient refusal to accept delivery

We may issue a refund minus a $50 shipping fee deduction, or arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense.
