1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included

Return Process

  • Please contact us at service@blume-oinked.com before returning any item to obtain return authorization
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping Fees

  • Quality issues / defects: Blume covers all return shipping costs and provides a full refund
  • Personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect purchase, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Important Notice

To ensure system integrity, returned products must not be subject to unauthorized disassembly or modification.


2. Activation & Returns

Blume karaoke systems support basic testing before activation to ensure product satisfaction.

  • If the device has not been activated, you are eligible for a full return and refund
  • If the device has been activated, a partial refund may apply due to digital service usage and system licensing

We strongly recommend fully testing the device before activation.


3. One-Year Limited Warranty

All products purchased from Blume official channels are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

Warranty Coverage

  • Hardware defects
  • Performance failures not caused by human damage

Warranty Process

Please contact us at service@blume-oinked.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will arrange repair or replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • For warranty-covered issues, Blume will cover repair and return shipping costs

4. Shipping Damage & Loss

Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your package within 5 days of delivery
  • If damage is found, contact us promptly
  • We will provide replacement parts or a new unit free of charge

Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact your local carrier or our support team within 3 days
  • After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund
